Suicide Awareness X Pandemic

1 / 8

As Suicide Prevention Awareness Month comes to a close, @jessosheamd and I wanted to leave you with a look at how the pandemic has affected overall suicide rates, how you can provide support, and where you can look for help or coping strategies if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts.

Suicidal thoughts can affect anyone, anywhere, anytime. Despite how common they are, they should be taken very seriously. If you, or someone you love, is experiencing a significant decline in mental health, take this moment to (re)prioritize seeking help.

Take a moment to read through the slides to become more aware of who has been most greatly affected, how one might cope with declining mental health, and how we can most effectively support each other during this time.
