I want this to be a SAFE space. We hear each other. We learn from each other. We speak kindly. We are open-minded. We think critically.

Also, even though this is my space I have a lot of imposter syndrome about posting my freeform thoughts on things. Why do my thoughts matter on this? I’m not sure that they do. Are my thoughts well thought out enough to share? Probably not but what does that even mean? Is it helpful and engaging to see me think things through? Who knows!
